Youth Group Mission trips:
In June of 2008 we were blessed enough to go to Niagara Falls, NY for the mid-high group. And although the magnificent waterfalls of Niagara Falls are what attract most to this area each year, we are attracted for a much different reason. We went there to make a positive difference in the residents of Niagara Falls that battle economic problems and poverty. Just as Jesus unselfishly fed the poor, cared for the sick, brought people together, and worked amazing miracles, we too are going to be as much like Jesus as God will allow us to be. This is a Christ-centered trip were the youth will have opportunities for work projects and outreach; working alongside numerous social service organizations to support children’s ministries, the elderly and the homeless.
In June of 2009 we went on our second mission trip to Savannah, GA for mid-high and senior highs. We didn’t think we were going to be able to top all of the amazing projects from New York, but God always amazes us and we met some outstanding individuals and work along side of the best organizations out there.
So we are beginning more fundraising for our mission trip in 2010!
As a church family we would like to collect all of the money through fundraisers that the youth host. Fundraisers we are hosting for this trip:
Thanks so much for all of your support,

Montreat:
In July 2010 the Senior High students will be traveling to North Carolina for the Montreat Conference. This conference is a unique event where young people (entering freshmen through graduated seniors) from all over the country gather for a week of study, worship, and recreation. The senior highs are hosting events this year to help earn money for this trip and a church bazaar is also in the works.
